Orland Park Bakery Paczki are fried balls of dough, similar in shape to a Bismark but larger, heavier and denser. After frying, They are iced while still warm. We then cut and fill them with fillings such as fresh strawberries or fudge. A sprinkle of powdered sugar finishes them off. We currently have 18 flavors that are available only during Lent. Paczki at Orland Park Bakery are legendary. On Fat Tuesday, which has also become known around Chicago as Paczki Day, customers line up as early as 3:00am to to get these delicious treats!
