Inspirational Lemon Cake

Inspirational!  Just one of the many words used to describe Mothers.  Our Inspirational Mother’s Day Cake is a 7″ yellow cake filled with our lemon pie filling.  Iced in butter cream and drizzled chocolate gnache.  Finished with gum paste flowers and pearls, a french macaron and a chocolate dipped strawberry.
